Drive By Honky was a band that put out some great music, put on some crazy live shows and generally knocked everyone around these parts over the head with raw, gutsy rock and roll for years.
They even coaxed Jon Taylor (Mercy Rule) out of retirement for a brief stint on second guitar (well actually, Jon always plays first guitar, but....whatever.)
After the demise of the long-lived, much respected DBH, Dan Jenkins and Mike Keeling were searching around for a new drummer.
Enter local hero and near relative Ted Alesio, a powerhouse skinsman who has been turning heads in the Lincoln scene since his high school days. The resulting noise is a powerful dose of raw riffage, with just the right amount of tuneful sugar to make sweet, sweet medicine.
